Material
-
PLA
PLA is the most popular and affordable filament. Made from biodegradable biomaterial, perfect for indoor use and prototyping. Limited heat resistance and UV resistance.
Variants:- Regular PLA: Standard variant for general use.
- Wood fiber filled: Contains wood fiber, can be treated like wood, e.g. with wood oil.
- X-PLA: More durable than traditional PLA.
- Silk PLA: Provides a glossy surface and hides layer lines.
-
PETG
PETG is durable, bendable, and resistant to chemicals and UV light. It is an excellent choice for functional parts used both indoors and outdoors.
Variants:- Regular PETG: Standard for robust projects.
- ESD: Electrically conductive, protects against static electricity.
- Carbon fiber reinforced: Stiffer and extra impact resistant.
- Flame retardant: For projects with high fire safety requirements.
- Matte PETG: Provides a matte finish.
-
TPU
Flexible, chemical-resistant and rubber-like material, perfect for parts that require flexibility and durability.
Variants:- 85A: Softer TPU for extra flexibility.
- 95A: Harder TPU for more robust applications.
-
Nylon
A high-performance material with extreme durability. Perfect for demanding applications thanks to its strength, impact resistance and heat resistance up to 110˚C.
Variants:- Plain Nylon: Standard for sustainable projects.
- Carbon fiber reinforced: Increased strength and stiffness.
