All quotes are valid for 30 days from the tender date unless otherwise stated.

Order
All orders are confirmed with an emailed order confirmation.
Comments against the order confirmation must be made within 5 days.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery time 1-4 weeks.
Shipping is additional and is determined when packing goods, from: 300 SEK
All goods are delivered ex-works, unless otherwise agreed.
Goods damaged in transit must be noted on the shipping bill before receipt and immediately reported to the transport company.

Complaints
Complaints about delivery must be made within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

Payment terms
Payment must be made within 30 days. If payment is made after the due date, late payment interest of 18% will be charged.

Guarantee
All products in our range have a warranty period of 2 years.

Ownership
Delivered goods are the seller's property until full payment has been made.

Virtual Manufacturing AB reserves the right to change prices in the event of changes in taxes, duties or other public levies.
